Villawood’s first public share offer, ‘Villawood Residential Land Fund’ (VRLF) which was first opened to the public in 2007, closed on 27 June 2008.

We now have 152 shareholders who have invested in the fund, and have topped $9.33million!

 

The fund is investing across seven properties including our latest acquisition in Mickleham.  Approximately 80 existing investors within the Villawood Group have joined the new fund proving not only their loyalty and trust but more importantly their satisfaction in the Villawood way.
